FRESH FISH, SHRIMPS, SQUIDS AND SEASHELLS
To the fish lovers we offer preparation on grill or cooked on valued domestic olive oil, fresh garlic and parsley from our garden. We also offer traditional preparation typical for our coastal region which consists of cooking the seafood on steam with olive oil, tomatoes and seasoning. It is called "buzara". The side dish which is served with fish can be made of fresh chard with garlic and domestic olive oil, salted cooked potatoes or something of your choice.
As for the squids, we offer them grilled or fried, with obligatory sauce made of garlic and parsley or tartare sauce. In our offer we also have squid risotto.
We offer seashells in white or red tomato sauce ("buzara"). Unique, delicious and quick preparation in which all smells and tastes of the sea are united.
The shrimps can be grilled, fried and served with white rice and tartare sauce or they can be cooked with tomato sauce ("buzara").
STEAK TARTAREfor two persons
This is a speciality of the house, a cold dish in which can be enjoyed as a starter or main course. You will be enjoying in your meal, but also in the preparation which is being made in front of the guests. Steak tartare consists of finely chopped beef fillet which is mixed with fifteen seasonings. This combination gives your palate an unforgettable pleasure.
BEEF TENDERLOINfor two persons
Tasty delicacy - the combination of beef fillet and puff pastry. This delicious gourmet meal is made of beef fillet filled with Dalmatian smoked ham and Gouda cheese, rolled in puff pastry and roasted in oven. It is served with mushroom sauce and side dish of vegetables, croquettes or French fried potatoes.
FLAMBEED DISHES
Speciality of our family house. To all of those who would like some change and to try and taste something special and flambéed we offer:
- flambéed beef fillet
- veal steak and
- chateaubriand
For a side dish we offer you side dish of your own choice and mushroom sauce.
The meal is prepared in front of the guests.
